To be clear, stretching your penis with weights will not “build mass” since your penis is not built like your arm (your penis is 50% muscle though).
You may see a small amount of success by dangling a weight from your dick, but those kinds of penis exercises for girth and length would require an addictive amount of dedication, and could cause some serious, serious side effects.
That being said, here are my recommended penis exercises for girth and length:

Penis Exercises For Girth
1. Jelqing
(Results: LOW; Risk: MOD)
The first of our penis growth exercises is “Jelqing”. But what is jelqing you ask? Jelqing is done by forming an “okay” sign with using your thumb and index finger. Then, using this grip, apply pressure to the penis and stroke up, forcing blood flow to the tip. This is widely considered a penis exercise for girth, but many people have experienced significant increases in length as well. Our Advice: Jelqing produces fairly limited results at a moderate level of risk. Furthermore, frequent jelqing may actually lead to a more insensitive penis, disfigure, irritation, and shooting pains. If you decide to try the jelqing procedure, please do some while semi-erect, but NOT while fully aroused.
Jelqing Study – In the 1970’s Dr. Brian Richards conducted a large jelqing study that was ultimately accepted for publication by the British Journal of Sexual Medicine. Dr. Richard’s jelqing study concluded that over the course of three months, 28 men (87% of the jelqing study test group) experienced PERMANENT penis size increases via these popular penis exercises for girth and length. Dr. Richard’s jelqing study found that the average girth increase during this 3 month span was 1″ (i.e. 2.04cm). The average length increase was 1.13″ (i.e. 2.7cm)

Jelqing Results – Continuing on with the jelqing results found above, the following jelqing results were also found from Dr. Richard’s jelqing study: The greatest length increase as a result of the jelqing study was 1.5″ (3.6cm). The greatest girth increase as a result of the jelqing study was 1.25″ (3.1cm). The small length increase as a result of the jelqing study was 1″ (2.4cm). The smallest girth increase as a result of the jelqing study was .875″ (1.4cm).
Is Jelqing Safe? – Yes jelqing is safe. But just to be sure, make sure you do the following prior to conducting a jelq exercise: a) Warm up. b) Be gentle. c) Do not jelq while fully erect. d) Do not jelq the head of the penis.
2. Restricting
(Results: HIGH; Risk: HIGH)
Purchase a penis device that restricts blood flow away/out of the penis, but still allows a small amount of blood flow to the penis. The build up in pressure will make you huge. Our advice: Do this penis exercise in moderation.
3. The Basic Bend
(Results: MOD; Risk: LOW)
While flaccid, pull your penis with one hand while bending the shaft over the fingers of your other hand.
4. Hard Squeeze
(Results: HIGH; Risk: MOD)
Also known as the ULI, the Hard Squeeze is the perfect penis exercise for learning how to increase penis girth. While erect, squeeze the lower part of your penis. This will expand the upper glans by forcing blood flow to the tip.
5. Kegel Holds
(Results: MOD; Risk: LOW)
To start, first you must locate your pelvic floor muscles. This can be done by stopping your urination stream abruptly next time you are in the bathroom – the muscles used to do so are your pelvic floor muscles. While stopped midstream, place your fingers behind your testicles. Once you start again, you should feel your pelvic floor muscles contract. Now that you know where your pelvic floor muscles are located, try a few of these penis exercises for girth and length. Note: You should empty your bladder before performing any kegel exercises for men.
Penis Exercises For Length
1. Spiral Stretch
(Results: LOW; Risk: LOW)
Our third exercise in our list of the best penis exercises for girth and length is the spiral stretch. To complete this penis exercise, all the male must do is gently pull the penis while rotating 360 degrees. This penis enlargement exercise targets and stretches all of the tissue in the penis. Note: Make sure to stretch evenly across the entire penis. Our advice: This penis exercise for girth and length is performed best while still flaccid.
2. Two Handed Stretch
(Results: LOW; Risk: LOW)
For this penis exercise, hold your penis like you would grip a baseball bat. Then, simultaneously stretch the shaft by pulling away from your body with one hand (hand closest to the tip of the penis) and towards your body with the other hand (hand closest to the base). Our advice: This penis exercise is best performed while flaccid to semi-erect.
3. Two-Handed Spiral Stretch
(Results: HIGH; Risk: HIGH)
To complete this penis exercise you basically have to combine the previous two penis exercises (the Spiral Stretch and Two Handed Stretch). Grip your penis like you would a baseball. Then while simultaneously stretching the shaft by pulling away/towards your body with your hands, also twist your hands in the process. Try to rotate your hands a full 360 degree rotation. Our advice: Take this penis exercise slow and stop after you experience any discomfort.
4. The Basic Stretch
(Results: MOD; Risk: LOW)
No list of penis exercises for girth and length can be complete without the basic penis stretch. To complete this penis exercise, grip your penis just behind the head and gently pull downwards, straight forward, to the left, to the right, and upwards. Hold this penis exercise stretch in each direction for approximately 30 seconds.
5. The Harlem Shake
(Results: LOW; Risk: LOW)
Swing your dick in a circular motion (360 degrees). In this penis exercise, blood flow will increase to the shaft, which will ultimately make it stretch.
